Early payment programme helps put company at top of Sunday Times Profit Fast Track 100.
The client are a leading energy efficiency solutions company with a turnover of £220m per year
This client’s ECO business is heavily reliant on a well-performing subcontractors supply chain to fit insulation and solar panel solutions into consumer homes, particularly supporting disadvantaged and vulnerable households.
In 2014 they were a growing company with ambitions to reach a turnover of £100 million. To hit this target, they needed to recruit 100 new subcontractors to grow the ECO business as well as keeping cash on their balance sheet to run the remaining businesses. They also needed to secure a lower price per tonne of carbon from subcontractors to secure margin.
The solution was a TradeBridge early payment programme. This offered the best payment terms in the market. Following invoice approval, subcontractors could secure payment on the same day.
This resulted in the client winning 1st place 3 years running in the Sunday Times Profit Fast Track 100. And on top of that, there are now have a network of over 75+ subcontractors that take advantage of early payment each month.
This includes some subcontractors that have introduced the TradeBridge product to competitors of our client, and now take early payments on those jobs as well.
