Sales Development Representative, France

TradeBridge is a provider of flexible working capital facilities to growing businesses. We have provided funding to hundreds of businesses across Europe, including many household names. You will be joining a growing and dynamic team working from our Paris office.

As a SDR you will build a pipeline of new clients and your success will be driven by your perseverance, ability to hunt prospects, understand their business and articulate a strong value proposition.


About the role

The core objective is to sell TradeBridge’s supply chain finance solution to ‘new name’ customers both directly and in collaboration with partners to achieve and exceed associated sales targets.

Your main focus will be France, managing partners, building growth, and selling to local market. You will also occasionally collaborate with members of the HQ team in London.


About you

This is a high-impact role which will be primarily interacting with entrepreneurial business leaders and the TradeBridge Sales team.

We are looking for the following:

  • A hands-on, self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new markets and industries, together with demonstrable digital fluency; 

  • Background in finance, business or other related qualifications. Experience of B2B sales a plus;

  • Ability to travel, fluent French, and working English. Other languages are an advantage.

To ensure you develop a full understanding of the different sectors and financial products we offer, your role will rotate across each of our 3 core business areas;

  • For mid-tier companies looking to finance their growth by funding their supply chain. You will be building on our success in sectors such as construction, global commodities, green energy and manufacturing.

  • Healthcare - a market leading funding product for pharmacy and dental businesses based on their revenue stream and expanding into new sub-sectors and jurisdictions.

  • eCommerce - offering fast growing international marketplaces and online merchants an innovative solution to boost growth and success by providing access to growth finance.
